We would like to draw your attention to a Learning Festival that is being
held on Saturday 16th May 2009 at the School of Education, University
of Aberdeen.

The aims of the learning festival are:
· To promote collaborative engagement in Curriculum for Excellence
· To celebrate teachers’ professional learning and development
· To encourage collaborative approaches to CPD that is for teachers
by teachers
· To promote innovative learning technologies and encourage networking
.
Keynote presentations will be given on Leadership for Learning (Tony Finn,
GTC Scotland) and Innovative Learning Technologies (Prof. Do Coyel, University
of Aberdeen).
.
Workshops will be available on three main themes:
· Curriculum for Excellence
· Leadership for Learning
· Sharing Good Practice
.
